As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and ensuring long-term relationships with the assigned portfolio of medium-to-large sized international advertisers and generating sales that meet company targets by identifying new sales opportunities within existing accounts as well as recommending the best optimization techniques, targeting options and features of ExoClick's proprietary technology and network solutions.
You are in daily contact with advertisers to ensure they are meeting their ROI objectives, provide them with support for any possible issues in coordination with other departments (compliance, finance, technical, etc). You will be required to generate statistical and financial reports for your clients and Management. You will report directly to the Head of Advertising.
You understand the general needs of online advertisers and publishers and you are able to develop and manage your portfolio successfully.

We will value any previous experience as a media buyer, advertiser account manager, sales manager, affiliate or traffic manager.
Daily tasks include:
Clients follow up by phone/Skype and email.
Detect client's business needs and recommending a matching mediabuying strategy
Develop monthly growth plans for your portfolio of clients including budget allocations and monthly action plans
Identify growth opportunities for existing accounts (cross selling, upselling) in order to scale your clients
Recommend best traffic sources across different sites, formats and device types
Recommend best targeting settings, features and optimization practices (CPC, smartCPM models, retargeting, blacklisting etc)
Negotiation of monthly agreements, pricing and budgets with both clients and publishing team
Support to clients for account related requests in coordination with other departments (compliance, finance, technical, etc)
Interpret portfolio statistical data and comparison with global data, interpret campaign reports effectively
Keep up to date with latest market news and industry trends.
Be willing to prospect and qualify new leads for your own portfolio.
Forecasting and reporting monthly revenue numbers
Build strong and sustainable relationships with your clients through strategic thinking and assist them with reaching their ROI objectives.
Contribute to reaching the company´s sales targets by meeting and exceeding your monthly revenue goals generated from your portfolio.
Participate and communicate actively with other team members within the sales division (Publishing, Performance, CS) to aid knowledge and best practice sharing.
Extensive experience in the online advertising industry (Media Buyer, Account Manager, Sales Manager, Traffic Manager...)
Perfect knowledge of the different online pricing models: CPC, CPM, CPA, etc.
Expertise in monitoring, optimization/management of online advertising campaigns with a proven track record.
Hands-on attitude and a good communicator
Ability to make decisions with little or no guidance when required.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills
Native English, written and spoken (other languages such as German will be highly valued).
Good understanding and personal interest in online marketing and digital trends.
Advanced use of Excel, formulas, macros, etc.
